The panel included Mr Jouko Jääskeläinen, Chair (MP/ Christian Democrats) and Ms Maria Lohela, (MP/True Finns, UaV); Mr Timo Lappalainen, from KEPA and MS Elina Oinas, from Helsinki University. The panel was chaired by Ms Satu Santala, Deputy Director-General, Department for Development Policy.
